Each member gets a text to add their card to your Stripe. First charge lands on their usual bill date. Then you cancel Zen Planner.

Before you cancel Zen Planner
- Export first. Pull every report you want to keep while your account is active — don’t count on getting data after you’ve left.
- Check your notice period. Zen Planner’s published terms ask for 30 days’ notice on a cancellation request form, and some order forms set longer terms.
- Overlap, don’t gap. Keep both running until your members’ cards are on CornerDesk. Your 30 free days are for exactly that.

Is the migration really free?+
Yes. Send us your exports and we do the import: members, contact details, memberships and plans, pack credits, ranks and notes, your class schedule, and payment history. You review everything before it goes live. There's no setup fee — ever — and your first 30 days are free.
What about my members' saved cards?+
Card numbers can't be copied between payment processors by anyone except the processors themselves. Instead, CornerDesk texts each member a secure link to add their card to your own Stripe account — and their first charge lands on the date they'd have been billed anyway, so nobody pays twice.
Do I have to cancel Zen Planner first?+
No — and we'd advise against it. Run both side by side during your 30 free days. Cancel Zen Planner once your members are billing through CornerDesk. Check your Zen Planner agreement for its notice period so you're not charged an extra month.
How long does it take?+
Most gyms are live within a week of sending their exports. The hands-on part for you is about an hour: pulling reports, a short call, and checking the preview.
Is CornerDesk built for martial arts schools, not just fight gyms?+
Yes. Muay Thai, BJJ, boxing, MMA, kickboxing, karate, taekwondo, judo and wrestling gyms all run on the same core: class schedule and bookings, trial pipeline, door check-in, memberships and packs, failed-payment recovery, and member texts.
What does it cost after the free month?+
$99/month flat. Unlimited members, staff, classes and programs — the price doesn't change when your roster grows. Month-to-month, cancel any time, export all your data to CSV whenever you like.
