CornerDesk is gym-management software. Gyms store information about their staff and members in CornerDesk: names, contact details, membership plans, class bookings and attendance, and payment history. When a member books a trial, buys a drop-in, or uses the member portal, we collect the information they provide — typically name, email, phone number, and waiver acknowledgment.
Data is used to run the gym: scheduling, check-in, billing, reminders, and member communication. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use member data for advertising.
Gyms use CornerDesk to send members and trial leads SMS messages — booking confirmations, class reminders, payment links, and follow-ups. Message delivery is handled by Twilio. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We do not send marketing messages to anyone who has opted out.
Payments are processed by Stripe under each gym’s own Stripe account. CornerDesk stores payment metadata (amounts, status, card brand and last four digits) but never stores full card numbers.
We rely on a small set of providers to deliver the service: Turso (database hosting), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Clerk (staff authentication), and Railway (application hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
Gyms own their data. Member and payment records are retained while a gym’s account is active and can be exported to CSV at any time from the More page. Deleted members are soft-deleted and can be purged on request.
Questions about this policy or a data request? Contact the gym you train with directly — they control your member record. For platform-level questions, reach the CornerDesk team through the contact listed on our site.
