Trials that book, show up, and sign up
A stranger finds you on their lunch break and books a trial in under a minute. CornerDesk texts reminders, catches the no-shows, and puts every attended trial on your follow-up list.

- 1
Trials live in your DMs
An Instagram message, a phone call, a walk-in — every trial starts somewhere different and gets tracked nowhere.
- 2
No-shows just disappear
Someone books, doesn't come, and nobody follows up. That was a member you already paid to attract.
- 3
The follow-up never happens
They loved the class. Then the week got busy, and the "so, want to join?" message never went out.
Free trial booking, on CornerDesk
A trial page that's yours
Your gym gets a public page where people pick a class and book a free trial — no account, no app. Link it from Instagram or embed it on your website.
Reminders that go out themselves
A confirmation text when they book, then reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before class.
No-shows get a second chance
If they don't check in, CornerDesk marks the no-show and texts them a link to rebook.
Attended trials land on Today
Everyone who came is on your follow-up list the next day. Convert them on the spot, or text them a checkout link for the membership they want.
A pipeline you can actually see
Booked, attended, no-show, follow-up due, offered, joined, or lost — every lead sits in one stage, so nothing falls between the DM and the door.
No free trial? Turn it off
Not every gym offers one. Switch it off and the trial page and buttons disappear — your schedule and drop-ins stay up.
Owners ask
01Do people need an account to book a trial?
No. They pick a class, enter their name and phone number, agree to your waiver, and they're booked.
02Can I put trial booking on my own website?
Yes. Copy one snippet into Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or any site and the trial booker appears there, in light or dark to match your site.
03What happens after the trial class?
If they checked in, they land on your follow-up list the next day. If they didn't, they get a text with a link to rebook. Either way, nothing slips.
04How do trials become paying members?
From the follow-up list, convert them at the desk or text them a secure checkout link for a membership — they pay with their card, and the membership starts.

Your corner is ready.
Fifteen minutes of setup. Tomorrow morning, one screen tells you what your gym needs.
