Drop-ins & class packs

Drop-ins and packs that sell while you coach

Visiting fighters buy a drop-in or a pack online, pick their class, and pay before they arrive. Pack credits count down at every check-in — no punch cards, no notebook.

The usual way

Where it breaks

  1. 1

Mat fees collected in cash, maybe

A traveller shows up, you're mid-class, and the drop-in fee gets sorted out "after" — or not at all.

  2. 2

    Punch cards and paper packs

Ten-class cards that get lost, forgotten, or mysteriously have eleven punches.

  3. 3

    Full classes, surprise visitors

Someone drives across town for a class that was already at capacity.

How it works

Drop-ins & class packs, on CornerDesk

  • A drop-in page that takes payment

Visitors pick a pass and a class, agree to your waiver, and pay by card through Stripe — before they walk in.

  • Full and rank-limited classes protected

Classes at capacity or above the visitor's rank can't be bought, so nobody pays for a spot that isn't there.

  • Packs that become members

Buying a class pack online turns the visitor into a member with their credits loaded, ready to check in.

  • Credits that count themselves

Every check-in takes one credit off a pack. Members see what's left in their portal; you can adjust balances any time.

  • Classes-per-month plans too

An "8 classes a month" plan counts against each member's billing cycle, and dips into a pack if they go over.

  • Sell at the desk, too

Assign a pack at the desk and its credits load straight away. Imported members keep their remaining balances.

$99 CAD/mo — flat.

Drop-ins & class packs is part of every gym — not a tier, not an add-on. Unlimited members, staff, and classes, and the first 30 days are free.

Billed in Canadian dollars, including to gyms in the US. CornerDesk takes no cut of member payments; Stripe’s processing fees apply to card payments on your own Stripe account (see Stripe’s pricing). Cash or e-transfer you record in CornerDesk has no processing fee.

The FAQ

Owners ask

01Can visitors pay for a drop-in before they arrive?

Yes. Your public drop-in page takes card payment through your Stripe account and books them into the class they chose.

02How do class pack credits work?

Each check-in removes one credit. Members see their balance in their portal, and managers can adjust it any time. An empty pack still checks in — the screen just tells you.

03Do class packs expire?

Not automatically. Credits stay until they're used or you adjust them.

04Can I put drop-in passes on my website?

Yes — the drop-in page can be embedded on your own site with one snippet.
