Made for Canadian gyms

Gym software that thinks in Canadian dollars

CornerDesk is priced in Canadian dollars — $99 CAD a month, flat. Your members are billed in CAD through your own Stripe account, sales tax runs through Stripe Tax, and e-transfers get recorded like any other payment.

The usual way

Where it breaks

  1. 1

    Software priced in US dollars

The bill moves with the exchange rate, and the "$99" on the pricing page isn't the $99 that leaves your account.

  2. 2

    Built around American payments

Tools that assume ACH and US sales tax leave Canadian gyms working around them.

  3. 3

    E-transfer members outside the system

Plenty of Canadian members pay by Interac e-Transfer — and most gym software has nowhere to put it.

How it works

Built for Canadian gyms, on CornerDesk

  • $99 CAD a month, flat

CornerDesk itself bills in Canadian dollars: $99 CAD a month for unlimited members, staff, and classes, with the first 30 days free.

  • Members billed in CAD

Set your gym up in Canada and member charges run in Canadian dollars through your own Stripe account, settling straight to you.

  • Sales tax through Stripe Tax

Once you've set up Stripe Tax in your Stripe account, switch it on in CornerDesk and tax is calculated on member charges. Tax is tracked separately on every payment.

  • E-transfers and cash, recorded

Record e-transfer, cash, and cheque payments at the desk alongside card payments — no processing fees on any of them.

  • Your time zone

Canadian time zones from Newfoundland to the Pacific, so class times and reminders land when they should.

  • A year-end money report

Income by month and method, expenses, and tax collected — exported to CSV for your accountant.

$99 CAD/mo — flat.

Built for Canadian gyms is part of every gym — not a tier, not an add-on. Unlimited members, staff, and classes, and the first 30 days are free.

Billed in Canadian dollars, including to gyms in the US. CornerDesk takes no cut of member payments; Stripe’s processing fees apply to card payments on your own Stripe account (see Stripe’s pricing). Cash or e-transfer you record in CornerDesk has no processing fee.

The FAQ

Owners ask

01Is CornerDesk priced in Canadian dollars?

Yes. CornerDesk bills every gym $99 CAD a month — in Canadian dollars, wherever the gym is.

02Can I charge my members in CAD?

Yes. Choose Canada when you set up your gym and member payments run in Canadian dollars through your own Stripe account.

03Does it handle GST/HST?

Sales tax on member charges is calculated by Stripe Tax, which you set up in your own Stripe account with your registrations. CornerDesk switches it on, records the tax on every payment, and totals it in your money report.

04Can members pay by e-transfer?

Yes — record e-transfer payments at the desk and they count in your reports like any other. Online payments are by card through Stripe.

05Is CornerDesk available in French?

Not yet. The app and member pages are in English today.
